Dukla has made a stylistic departure from strictly “guitar music” in recent years.

The newer pieces show proximity to classic Czech songwriting combined with the heritage of new wave, post-punk, but also rap.

Their signature melancholic compositions and urban poetics are a reflection of life in the city of Prague where Dukla is located and has built a strong base on the local scene in the last five years.
