A.Maiah is the artist name of Asier Pérez Basterra (Basque Country, 1976)
Guitarist involved in the basque scene since the late 90s, not only as a musician but also
as d.i.y. promoter and editor. His solo work has transited so far between an
industrialesque layering of noise and idiomatic compositions of twilight guitar instrumentals
to strict free improvisation with prepared guitar and electro-acoustic music based on the
sampling of field recordings

Flaaryr is Diego Manatrizio, an experimental composer, performer, guitarist and improviser born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1993 and based in Reykjavík, Iceland since 2019.
His music is strongly characterised by rhythmic experimentation, multilayered live looping and a thorough exploration of the timbrical and textural possibilities of acoustic instruments, electronics, everyday objects and the interaction between these elements.
Emiliano Salvatore is a guitar player, composer and improviser from Argentina. His very first curiosity for the world of sounds came with Jimi Hendrix’s wild music. Then he got to know the intimacy of the classical guitar. He moves now somewhere in between, trying to bring up the beauty and subtleties of the vast range of noisy posibilities that the guitar has to offer.
They met in Berlin in February 2022 and recorded a free improvisation session that later became the album “”Dialogue on the fact that terrible things in life happen unspectacularly and naturally””, released on the Icelandic label Agalma.
