JOWE HEAD (psycadelic/UK)
Jowe Head was a founding member of legendary pioneering âpost-punkâ band Swell Maps in the 1970s, and later played for 10 years in another influential band Television Personalities from 1983-1993. He has toured all over Europe, in the USA, and in Japan. He has recently released an ambitious new double solo album âWiddershinsâ, which is in a unique psychedelic/folk/punk style, and he is playing some of these strange new compositions live, using a mixture of electronic sounds an d primitive home-made instruments.
