The performance transforms dirt, gravel, and sand into sonic filters and instruments, layering them with cello, electromagnetic hums, and noise.
The composition unfolds like a ritual: burial becomes transmission, decay becomes transformation, silence gives way to rooted sound.

The DJ sets explore experimental electronic and instrumental ambient
soundscapes from the 2000s, inspired by pioneering IDM, Dub, Glitch, and
Ambient artists like Autechre, Seefeel, Oval, Christian Fennesz, and
many more. Blending these styles with contemporary avant-garde
electronic music from Africa and the Arab World, SurfSolaire creates a
surreal atmosphere featuring hypnotic, haunting textures and intricate
rhythms.
