Aquarium & Vinzenz Schwab
Experimental, Drone, Audiovisual, Glitch / Berlin and Vienna
Aquarium and Vinzenz Schwab don’t only do psychedelic audiovisual performances together.
Far from the noise of the city they go hiking and collect mushrooms.
Modular synthesis, analogue video feedback loops and circuit bending meet radical and abstract digital sound processing.

Maschin Kaput
Experimental Noise Improvisation / Hamburg, Germany
The experimental improvisational music of maschin kaput oscillates freely between the broken, belling rhythms of a desolate steel-mill and the nearly indiscernible echo an under-oiled shopping cart bounces off the urban facades at night.
A sonic therapy for the aesthetically tortured soul of the modern urban dweller.

Peter Strickmann & Ansgar Wilken
Experimental / Berlin
Peter Strickmann and Ansgar Wilken played their first concert together at Madame Claude almost exactly a year ago, after having crossed paths for years, mostly in connection with graphic and artistic forms of expression.
They finally realized that their musical styles are similar only insofar as they can intriguingly intertwine and complement each other when playing as a duo, without losing their own identities.
Found objects, wind instruments, modified electronics, and various small percussion instruments lay the foundation today for yet another new little story.

SurfSolaire
DJ-Set / Kobol
The DJ sets explore experimental electronic and instrumental ambient soundscapes from the 2000s, inspired by pioneering IDM, Dub, Glitch and Ambient artists like Autechre, Seefeel, Oval, Christian Fennesz and many more.
Blending these styles with contemporary avant-garde electronic music from Africa and the Arab World, SurfSolaire creates a surreal atmosphere featuring hypnotic, haunting textures and intricate rhythms.
