With the help of a portable microphone, Assayas recorded musicians in

the streets, captured Myanmar Jungle field recordings, distant muezzin prayer sounds in Kerala. Distilling these peculiar textures in his compositions, the parisian musician whips up Dreamy Electronica and Colourful Downtempo, puts his rhythmic signature and draws melodies filled with hope and melancholia : One would almost want to dance.
